This is a seriouse problem ... while dual boot ur pc with w 7 and RHEL 6 and now while openning ur pc with RHEL 6 u cant open ur drives ...
just follow the following steps
1. Open ur terminal
a.#wget http://epel.mirror.net.in/epel/6/i386/epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm
b.#rpm -Uvh epel-release-6-8.noarch.rpm
2. #yum -y install ntfs-3g ntfsprogs
dats all now u should be able to open ur NTFS drives.
i will update more .. when ever i face any problem with soltn.
